If you need help with Zuri Notes, have questions about your account, or want to report a bug, please reach out to our support team:
Open the app, tap the "+" button, fill in the meeting details (title, participants), and tap "Start Recording". The app will record audio through your device's microphone.
After recording, Zuri AI transcribes and summarises your audio. The summary includes key decisions, action items with owners, and topics discussed. The summary is generated in the language of the meeting.
Yes. Tap the "+" button and select "Import Audio/Video". You can import files from your device, and the app will process them just like a live recording.
Zuri Notes automatically detects the language spoken in the meeting and generates the summary in that same language. It supports Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, and many other languages.
In the app, open Settings from the Home screen to delete all Zuri Notes data or remove Zuri Notes from this device. This does not delete the main Zuri web/SaaS account. You can also email us at support@zuri.business.
Yes. All audio and meeting data is stored securely in encrypted cloud storage. We do not sell your data to third parties. Read our full Privacy Policy for more details.
